My Online-based triathlon coaching service utilizes concepts of biomechanics and exercise physiology to create a unique and personalized workout.
I also provide discipline specific plans if the athlete is interested in Open Water Swim races, Marathon or half Marathon.
One on one field training for each discipline can also be provided depending on the location of the athlete at an added cost.
My workouts will improve all basic and advanced fitness abilities to get you ready for your next race.

INITIAL CONSULTATION AND ASSESSMENT
Getting to know your initial fitness level, abilities, limitations, race history and personal goals is crucial in the process of developing your training program and to identify the best strategies for your goals. As an athlete you will undergo fitness level assessment utilizing specific field tests for each discipline as well as functional musculoskeletal and postural assessments.
As a Doctor in Physical Therapy and an athlete I know how important injury prevention is in the sport arena. Injury during training sessions will interfere with the training process and race readiness–ultimately increasing the level of frustration and stress on the athlete. To better achieve race fitness goals I provide you with a personalized functional/biomechanical assessment in order to establish workouts and training programs that include injury prevention strategies.
Proper Nutrition and hydration keeps your body performing at its best; they are a key factor for your success. I will provide you with nutrition and hydration guidance that will help you understand how to fuel your body, maintain your energy sources, and avoid dehydration and injury during training and racing.
MONITOR AND EVALUATE
Throughout the program, you will undergo discipline-specific functional testing to measure gains and modify training strategies. A critical part of the training process is to monitor fitness levels, signs of fatigue as well as overall improvements using objective data and ongoing performance tests. Monitoring and evaluating the athlete's performance helps to maximize training gains.
